Progressive Insurance, the Champlain Valley Fair's (in Vermont) title sponsor, is planning to give away $20,000 in free gas cards at the fair, which runs Aug. 25 through Sept. 3.
Progressive will also give away a $10,000 grand prize.
Visitors to the fair will have plenty of chances to win. On opening day, and again on Sept. 1, thousands of Progressive contest cards will be handed out to visitors over the age of 18. Each game card will feature a code. Participants will then log onto www.progressive.com/fair and enter the code and see if they're an instant winner of a $20 gas card. [...]
